It's the first time I've tried this pie, it's easy to make and it's tasty. I used frozen spinach but it also works fresh, I cut the onion into small pieces, I put it to harden a little, I added the spinach over it, because it was drained by the water before, I hardened it until the water evaporated.
In a bowl I put the Telemea cheese, the 2 beaten eggs and about 6lg of Parmesan cheese, I also put the spinach and I mixed everything.
I took a tray and greased it with melted butter, I put cc 6 sheets of pie, which I greased each with butter, then I poured the composition over the sheets, we put the rest of the sheets greased with butter, we fold the edges and grease the last sheet with butter. Bake until it changes color, it becomes a little golden.
the pictures are not very aesthetic, but the pie turned out good :)
