Fresh cabbage with smoked meat

New cabbage, dill, smoked meat and a hot polenta next to it and I think I convinced you that it's worth taking a seat at the table ...

  • 600 g smoked meat
  • 3 cabbages (approx. 2,700 kg)
  • 2 dried onions
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 dill connection
  • 1 box of diced tomatoes
  • about 100 ml of oil

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION New quality cabbage with smoked meat:

First chop the cabbage, then chop the onion, both the old and the new. We cut the meat into smaller pieces, so that we don't have to worry when we chew.

Put the oil in a pan, then the meat, let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, add the onion and be careful not to burn it, then the diced tomatoes and chopped cabbage. Mix well to blend the flavors and bake for about 90-100 minutes, each depending on what oven it has (as some are smarter). When it is almost ready, add the chopped dill and leave for another 5-10 minutes.

Serve with polenta.
