Take the chicken breast and it will flatten, put plastic wrap and beat the chicken breast to increase its surface. Place the slices of bacon, over which we add the chicken breast, we will grease it with cream cheese and sprinkle thyme on top. Add another slice of bacon longitudinally and place on it as follows, the pepper strips: red and green, finely sliced strawberries, green onions and red onions and almonds.
Sprinkle: salt, pepper and paprika, then roll and we can catch the ends in toothpicks. We will pull the roll on each side, after which we will take it out and it will be placed on a bed of vegetables and we will bake it for 25-30 minutes, as can be seen in the adjacent images.
Prepare the vegetable garnish, cut the onion into small pieces, then add the bacon, a carrot, diced peppers and leeks, they will be dipped in the pan in olive oil and a cube of butter, salt, pepper and add a little thyme, you will have to remains al-tooth. Remove the sauteed vegetables on absorbent napkins to remove excess fat. We arrange in a metallic shape (circle) our vegetable garnish that will be dressed in thinly sliced cucumber, we will cut the roll, we will shoot the white part of the leek in a little oil for a few seconds and we will prepare the design of the plate.
Cut the parsley, the leek (green part) cut the cucumbers and kiwi into cubes of the right size, they will be put in the robot (blender) add a little oil and blend if it is too viscous add a little stock of vegetables and continue to blend, match salt and pepper.
We will strain through the small strainer and we will be able to drag this sauce to the pan in a cube of butter after which we will arrange our preparation as in the next pictures.

all you need is turkey breast. vegetables. a piece of cheese. rice / peas for garnish. yogurt for sauce. and a lot of good will and disposition to get to work :)
650 g. Turkey breast
100 gr. CHEESE
1 ardei kapia
4-5 cloves of garlic
125 ml dry white wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
a little butter
salt and pepper

. then prepare the vegetables for the filling. spinach, mushrooms (not too big) cut into thin slices, diced onions, a few cloves of finely chopped garlic and a sliced kapia pepper.
. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the vegetables, not too long for a maximum of 4-5 minutes.
600 gr minced meat from chicken breast

100 gr smoked cheese

The minced meat is mixed with finely chopped onions, eggs, chopped green parsley, seasoned and breadcrumbs are added until a meatball-like composition is obtained.
For the filling, chop the vegetables and cheese, season and mix well.
Divide the meat composition in two and spread two rectangular sheets on aluminum foil. Distribute the filling, level it and roll it with the help of the foil. Try to run as tight as possible. One worked out very well for me, but the one I posed I could run even tighter.
Transfer the rolls to the tray, on baking paper and bake for about 1 hour.

Again a very good dukan recipe and easy to prepare. I invite you to prepare it for PP days, but also for PL days in combination with a refreshing salad with yogurt. Unlike a simple grill, the chicken prepared according to this recipe is much more fragile.
Attack Phase, Cruise (PP, PL), Consolidation, Definitive Stabilization
-1 chicken breast (depending on the size, 2 or 3 servings come out)
- spices - oregano, basil, cinnamon, paprika, pepper, salt (one knife tip from each)
- 1 lgt of olive oil (only starting with the cruise phase)
- ½ lgt of grated lemon peel
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and set aside. From the rest of the ingredients, prepare a marinade that covers the chicken fillets (Caution! Do not put the olive oil in the attack phase). Be sure to grease them well (possibly rub them together) because not much marinade sauce comes out as in other recipes. Leave in the refrigerator in the covered dish for 4-5 hours. Place on a hot grill and cook normally like a barbecue. An alternative to the simple grill, but much tastier.

To the stewed mushrooms left after filling the rolls, I added 4 tablespoons of quatro formagi sauce and served as a garnish for the rolls.
