Pour the oil thinly over the yolks, stirring in one direction, like mayonnaise. Add the lemon peel.
Whisk the egg whites with salt, then add the sugar in the rain and continue until they harden. Put over the egg whites, the baking powder quenched in lemon juice (not everything is needed). Then, follow the yolks, flour, bananas (crushed with a fork), mixing from the bottom up with the target, lightly so as not to leave the composition.
Pour the dough into a cake pan and place in the preheated oven for the first 10 minutes, on a low heat, then on low heat. The total baking time is around 1 hour. Check after 40-50 minutes with a toothpick if it is done (it should come out clean when ready).
