Add the liquid mixture and mix until smooth.

Add the muffin-shaped composition, add grated cheese and paprika.

Put the tray in the preheated oven, approx. 20 minutes until nicely browned.

My first recipe in the appetizer category is a recipe for muffins with cheese and cumin.

I prepared these muffins on a summer morning and photographed them a few hours later in the country garden, in the sun, along with some ripe tomatoes and hot peppers, freshly picked.

Muffins-appetizer with olives and cheese from: flour, eggs, pickled donut, cheese, olives, oil, baking powder, salt, cream cheese.


  • 150 g of flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 210 g pickled donut
  • 210 g cheese
  • 60 g slices of black olives
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

For decoration:

  • 150 g cream cheese with wheels and basil
  • 300 g cream cheese with greens
  • 100 g stuffed green olives
  • 100 g slices of olives

Method of preparation:

Mix the eggs with the salt until they double in volume. Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder, mix, then add the oil, the olives, the finely grated cheese and the finely chopped and drained donut.

After homogenizing the composition, fill% of the muffin tins and bake them in the preheated oven over medium heat (180 ° C) for 30-40 minutes.

  • 6 eggs, 150 gr pressed ham
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 green onion leaves
  • 150 gr grated cheese

How to prepare muffins with pressed ham and cheese?

To start, preheat the oven to 165 degrees and grease the muffin tray with oil. We will then beat the 6 eggs and season them with salt and pepper.

Cut the pressed ham and bell peppers into small cubes. Proceed in the same way with the green onion leaves. Mix these ingredients together and add over them, half the amount of grated cheese. We poured everything over beaten eggs.

The obtained dough is poured into the muffin tray. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put the tray in the preheated oven at the beginning, and let the muffins bake for about 15-20 minutes.

When they are ready, take them out of the oven and place them on a plate. Leave it to cool a bit, then consume it. This simple recipe is ideal for a quick breakfast, but can also be served as an appetizer.

These days I made muffins with cheese. The recipe I tested proved to be a real success, it is made very quickly. The muffins are good, versatile and good-looking, they are suitable even for a festive meal as a center of interest for an appetizer platter.

The bonus is that they are also made very quickly. I made them simple, just with cheese. But you can put ingredients that you have at hand, taking care to create a balance between quantities. Of course, but it would be a shame to load a dough so light and airy.

  • 350 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 baking powder
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons cheese
  • 2 tablespoons telemea
  • 4 mushroom mushrooms
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix it with the milk, beaten eggs with salt and a little pepper, add the butter rubbed with foam, the mushrooms sautéed separately with butter, the crushed telemeau, the grated cheese and Parmesan.

Mix the ingredients well, then pour the composition into the muffin tins lined with special baking foil (the forms should be three-quarters full) and bake them in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, at the right heat. You let them cool in the molds, then take them out and serve them.
