The pork ribs are washed, then dried well with a paper towel and put in a bowl. Pour over them, 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of honey, season to taste, I chose pepper, curry and finely chopped garlic. We leave them in the marinade… depending on how long we have 2-3 hours, then we put them in a steak bag together with the marinade in which they stayed and we put them in the oven over medium heat for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take out the bag and leave it in the oven for a while to catch a beautiful crust.

The potatoes (depending on the number of people) are washed, cleaned and cut into larger pieces (if they are small, cut them into 4 if they are larger into 6), place them in a steak bag or maybe in a tray which we then cover with a foil. Together with the potatoes in the bag we add some spices, namely: salt, paprika, chilli, thyme and pour 1-2 teaspoons of oil on top, seal the bag well. bag well so that the spices reach over all the pieces of potato, prick the bag a little, place it on a tray and put it in the oven, on medium heat for 25-30 min. After this time, with a glove of kitchen on hand, try through the bag if the potatoes have softened, if you don't leave them… if they come out and… we can prepare the meal :)

If in the meantime the ribs have been made… pampering to start the meal !!!!!!

If you prefer the steak to be as filling as possible, the shoulder area and the pork belly are ideal for your favorite recipes. With a high fat content, which will decompose during cooking, pork ribs will seem to melt in your mouth. If you are looking for a special taste, but you would like the steak you are preparing to be a little weaker, you can choose to cook a tender beef. It is prepared whole, breaded or glazed, with different combinations of spices. Of course, you can always opt for a portion of pork neck, a tender and tasty meat with which you can not fail. Pork ribs with baked potatoes

  • Pork ribs 1.5 kg
  • Potatoes 1 kg
  • Carrots 3 pieces
  • Onions 3 pieces
  • Garlic 1 head
  • Olive oil
  • Chimion ½ teaspoon
  • Dried oregano 2 teaspoons
  • Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1. Wash and peel the meat if necessary. Cut the ribs individually. Put the ribs in a bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and season with cumin, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well. Leave to soak for 1-2 hours. You can cover the bowl with cling film.

Step 2. Put the ribs in an oven tray and add 100 ml of water. Cover the tray with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 3. Peel and cut the vegetables into large pieces. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and season with dried oregano, paprika and salt. Mix well.

Step 4. Remove the ribs from the pan and place the vegetables. Place the ribs over the vegetables and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for another 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 5. Then remove the tray and remove the aluminum foil. Put back in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. At the end you can remove the ribs from the tray and you can brown the vegetables in the oven for another 5-6 minutes using the browning function. Serve hot with tomato sauce and garlic cream.

Ingredients needed to prepare baked ribs with potatoes

For this absolutely delicious recipe, we don't need too many:

  • two pieces of smoked pork ribs.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
  • salt

  • seven or eight cloves of garlic
  • five cherry tomatoes
  • an onion of the right size
  • two tablespoons of honey
  • the water

How to make baked ribs with potato garnish:

First of all, let the oven heat up. I fixed it at 190 degrees, on the fan function. A normal oven should be put on medium heat. Then we taste the ribs. If they are very salty, we put them to stay in cold water, to get more out of the salt. After that, we peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Mix them with 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic, oil, salt, pepper and, if you want, with a little seasoning for potatoes. After making sure that each slice of potato has spices on it, we turn them over in the pan.

In a higher cup we put 5 medium-sized garlic cloves, onion cut in four, spice, cherry tomatoes, honey, soy sauce and about a quarter cup of water. Mix everything with the vertical mixer until a sauce comes out. Grease the ribs well with this sauce and place them over the potatoes. Put half a cup of water in the pan and put it in the oven. After 30 minutes, turn the potatoes and ribs.

How to bake pork ribs in honey-soy sauce with potatoes?

With this recipe, the ribs are incredibly tender, and the honey perfectly adds a sweetness to the meat. Scented ribs, crumbly potatoes and an amazing sauce are the guarantee of a delicious and satisfying dish!

Ingredient:

  • Pork ribs - 1 kg.
  • Soy sauce - 5 tbsp
  • Onion bulb - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 1 kg.
  • Honey - 5 tbsp
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Sunflower oil - 1.5 tablespoons
  • Spices to taste

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the ribs into pieces and top with garlic. Prepare the sauce by mixing the two main ingredients. Add onions and spices, mix well. Pour the ribs with sauce and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  3. Grease the mold with sunflower oil and place the potatoes on it, sprinkling with spices. Mix well.
  4. Spread the ribs on the potatoes, pour them with the remaining sauce.
  5. Bake the pot at 190 degrees for 50 minutes.
  6. The preparation can be determined by the potatoes. Enjoy your meal!

Baked pork ribs

ingredients
1.5 kg of washed and wiped pork ribs, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 cloves of cleaned and washed garlic, 10 washed thyme strands, 6-7 washed sage leaves, a teaspoon of paprika, salt, freshly ground pepper, 4-5 tablespoons of water

Marinated pork ribs in the oven

I searched the net for several recipes for cooking pork ribs in the oven and almost all of them look alike. Variants would be to boil the ribs first and then to put them with the spices in the oven or to put them directly in the oven, only with the spices on them.

The current recipe is a little different due to the fact that I chose to marinate the ribs first for a few hours before putting them in the oven. Why with beer? Because I made pork marinated in beer and mustard several times and it came out very good every time.

To give them more flavor, when they are almost ready, the ribs can be greased with barbecue sauce or a sauce made with maple syrup.

It is a long-lasting recipe, so you need a lot of patience when preparing it.

Wash the ribs well and with a knife remove the membrane from the inside. It comes down quite hard, but, using a threading knife, insert it a little below the end of the ribs and then with a kitchen napkin, so that your hand does not slip, pull the membrane. Use the procedure to remove all the membrane from them. This is to allow the spices to enter the meat better.

In a larger bowl, mix the salt, paprika, coriander, pepper and mustard so that a thick paste comes out.

Rub the ribs with the spices well on each side. Then pour the beer on top and soak the ribs on both sides. Put them with the meaty side in the pan, cover with foil and refrigerate for a few hours. I left them overnight.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the ribbed tray from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap (if you put it on) and place aluminum foil on top. Bake for 2 and a half hours, or until it comes off the ribs relatively easily.

When they are almost ready, put the foil aside and leave it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, to brown.

If you use barbecue sauce or maple syrup, grease the ribs well on both sides before baking.
