Suba salad with beets and smoked sprat

Beetroot salad that has become our favorite.

  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • smoked sprot
  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 150 g of mayonnaise
  • salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Suba salad with beetroot and smoked sprat:

Boil the red beets with the peel until the fork enters it easily. Separately boil the potatoes and carrots.

Put the potatoes, carrots and beets on the large grater. We put on a plate the chicken breast cut into small cubes. I reused the chicken breast from a chicken to a roaster. You can boil the chicken breast, then cut it into cubes. Then a layer of potatoes, then carrots, finely chopped onion and then beets. Grease with mayonnaise after each layer of vegetables. Place the smoked fish on top and garnish as desired.

In general, I only use mayonnaise bought for this salad because it doesn't seem as nauseating as the homemade one.

The salad is cold for 3-4 hours to blend the flavors.
