Sift the flour and mix with the yeast and salt, add the warm milk and knead until it becomes an elastic dough. Leave to rise until it doubles in volume (about 40 minutes).
After the dough has risen, place it on the work table and divide it into two balls. Each ball is divided into 3 pieces, stretched and intertwined.
Leave to rise for another 15 minutes in the pan, grease with beaten egg with a spoonful of milk and bake over medium heat.
