In addition, there are many who prefer to browse the internet than the cookbook or the notebook, yellowed, of the mother or grandmother. That being said, this is how I eat spinach. Nothing spectacular, rather classic, without unnecessary & # 8220flowers & # 8221. Only when serving, if you want to prepare spinach food for a more pretentious meal, I recommend that, after you finish it, distribute it in ramekins or individual clay pots, break an egg on top and put in oven for a few minutes.

Before going on to detail the & # 8220sea & # 8221 recipes, let's see how to clean the spinach: remove the old leaves and, possibly, if they are woody, cut from the stems of the leaves. Wash the spinach very well, leaf by leaf, under running water. For efficiency, fill a large bowl with water, immerse the spinach, leave it for a minute or two (soften the dust and other impurities, which will accumulate at the bottom of the bowl), then start washing it, under running water, taking a handful of leaves and rubbing them lightly between the palms.

Ingredients (for 4 people):
& # 8211 cleaned spinach 1 kg
& # 8211 green onion 6 strands or dried onion 1 pc. big
& # 8211 garlic 3-4 cloves (10 g)
& # 8211 butter 20 g
& # 8211 flour 1/2 tbsp
& # 8211 milk 150 ml
& # 8211 salt, ground pepper

Bring more water to a boil in a large pot. When the water boils, put the cleaned and washed spinach and leave it for a minute. Drain it and pass it quickly under a stream of cold water (the color is refreshed). Drain the spinach, then chop it with a knife. Heat the butter in a large saucepan or pan. Saute the onion (cut into slices, if it is green, small, if it is dry), then add the garlic passed through the press. Add the chopped spinach and leave for about 2 minutes, stirring often. Add the flour, stir to incorporate, then pour the milk. Let it simmer for a few minutes, during which time the sauce thickens.

Season with salt, add ground pepper. If you make food for the family, it's ready! You can make one or two scrambled eggs, put them on top, over the spinach mound and serve. But if you want to pamper your guests with a portion of delicious spinach, heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, divide the food into individual dishes (clay or more modern ramekinuri), break an egg on top and put in the oven. Leave for about 7-10 minutes or until the egg whites have coagulated. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper and serve with a slice of bread on the hearth!

What is Quinoa?

The only preliminary preparation was to decapitate the fish. Then I cleared the trunks a little under a stream of water. I didn't wipe them, but I left them a little damp to stick the flour on.

Then I seasoned the sprout to taste with salt and pepper. I rolled it in corn flour.

I fried the fish in oil over a moderate heat on one side and on the other for a few minutes, not many, until the corn was golden. Pay close attention to their return as the flour peels off.

I took out the fish on a paper napkin to absorb the excess oil. I then sprinkled granulated garlic. You can serve the sprat in corn as such or with various garnishes or seasonal salads.
